cashmere, merino wool, silk-cashmere blend, silk-wool blend, silk, pima cotton, merino wool-cotton blend are all pretty soft options. Some brands I like are Cascade, malabrigo (AMAZING COLORWAYS), Sheepjes… I buy yarns usually in person bc I need the touching stimuli TT
