民主制度毕竟也是需要不断完善进步的，韩国民主制虽然有缺陷但同时也很快遏制了想搞专制的总统。所以似乎没必要抱犬儒主义的态度。如果不追求自由民主的原则，难道要寻求中国式民主？

Rag-GTPases sense amino acid and glucose availability. They are most often linked to mTORC1 activation. In contrast, we show that acute deletion of Rag-GTPases does not obviously affect mTORC1, but strongly activates TFEB/TFE3 transcription factors.

Finally, there are non redundancies between TFEB and TFE3 because TFEB deletion alone can restore TI-1 immunity, but only TFEB/TFE3 deletion can restore B cell development and germinal center formation in Payer’s patches.

Interestingly, T-dependent and T-independent humoral immunity have differential reliance on Rag-GTPase-TFEB/TFE3 axis because TFEB/TFE3 deletion only restore TI-1 but not TD immunity.

Overactivation of TFEB/TFE3 leads to abnormally increased mitophagy, reduced mitochondrial metabolism and B cell activation in Rag-GTPase deficient B cells, which can be restored by TFEB/TFE3 deletion or pharmacological inhibition of mitophagy.
