I lived in S. Florida in 2000. Despite the Court’s ruling…the confusing butterfly ballot in Palm Beach County also caused 1000s of Dems to unintentionally vote for Buchanan. An attorney at my firm arrived at work that morning in tears because she had no idea who she voted for. Gore absolutely won.
