Yeah, it's definitely one-sided and unfair. Ironically, they hate us.

You're not sure you believe in their continued existence? Can you clarify your statement?

I agree. The choices are slim. I can't in good conscience vote for the lesser of two evils, even if it means serving a racist ethnostate's interests.

Smart police chief. Kudos to him for cancelling Flock.

It's kinda lookin’ like a Uniparty for Israel, huh?

Yep, and now most of us can't afford to buy a house.
Home ownership is now inaccessible for about 75% of U.S. households that aspire to buy a house, according to the National Association of Home Builders.

Proton is an alternative because of Google’s and other enshittification.
January 13, 2026 at 9:04 PM
I understand. But growth shouldn’t be confused with enshittification because Google’s historical trajectory doesn’t prove that all companies that grow will necessarily become exploitative in the same way. I mean it's possible. No company is immune to corruption, but it's not an inevitability.

Proton adding more tools isn’t about data exploitation. Their mission is about giving users privacy-preserving alternatives to tools that are currently dominated by surveillance-based companies. Have a good one! ✌️

Your preference is not inherently more ethical or safer. Google’s business model = monetize data, ads, tracking, profiling. Proton’s business model = no ads, no data selling, no tracking, no profiling.

Proton is growing, expanding beyond just email, but with the best protections in the world. I love that they give me the power over my data and privacy. It's literally in my hands. I also switched to Cape Cellular which has increased this power. I can't be tracked so long as I've covered my bases.

Glue & prayers is accurate! 💯

There’s a silver lining if you’re looking to buy a modern home. I used to work in home remodeling. Trust me, you don’t want to buy one because of poor construction quality, inadequate insulation, and failure to meet climate resilience standards. Too many defects than it’s worth.

Suit yourself. You might want to learn more about Proton and Swiss data privacy laws. Switzerland has the strongest data protections in the world. Proton can’t decrypt your data because they don’t possess the decryption keys. That power is in your hands if you take necessary precautions.
January 13, 2026 at 3:22 PM
Most definitely click bait. Yen clarified his stance. Proton is not compromised or “MAGA.” Proton has the strongest data privacy laws in the world. Proton can’t decrypt our data because they don’t possess decryption keys. So, law enforcement can’t obtain anything if necessary precautions were taken.
January 13, 2026 at 3:17 PM
Proton is more than an email provider. They are open-sourced and audited by third parties.

It is apparent that they don’t care about our rights or our Constitution. Words are good, but I want to see more action to deICE.
January 13, 2026 at 2:41 AM
Thanks for sharing this Medium. I agree. Proton is not compromised nor does it support MAGA.They’re also legally bound to cooperate with law enforcement data requests but if someone takes care regarding subject lines, metadata, and other vectors there’ll be nothing incriminating for them to obtain.

Not the bees knees to have every moment of your life A/Ved and then analyzed by AI.

In Proton, you can create documents and spreadsheets. It's becoming everything Google should be.
January 13, 2026 at 12:41 AM
I degoogled a couple of weeks ago. I use Proton now.
