Those ones are a eucalyptus species. They're growing pretty well. Growing from seed can be difficult though some seeds need to be conditioned and have the right amount of moisture otherwise they won't germinate

Here's something I'm doing to make the world better. Little baby trees! These ones are 2 weeks old. Planted some last year which are doing pretty well.
