I didn’t tell her for nearly a year but eventually “confessed.” My concern was if she knew it was vegan, she wouldn’t like it anymore (even though everything I gave her was vegan because, hey, it was my house). But luckily, she still loved it. Same w/ the babybell plant based cheese. Another win! 😂

It’s a vegan egg sub called “Just Egg.” Made from mung beans and very delicious. I bought it for my mom who kept wanting eggs but I didn’t tell her it was vegan. When I made it for her, she said “these are the best eggs I’ve ever had!” I used the frozen Just Egg folds & she asked for it daily
