The best part about Errol Flynn’s Robin Hood is the infinite arrows. I always loved that he’d have 2 left, use 1, reach back and suddenly there were 2 again. Takes 1, suddenly 2 again. I love it.

Y’all bashing hypotheticals, but I don’t see anything being done about Meta who DID sell our data to China and Russia. You say well TikTok might, even though the servers are in the US, they might, but Meta did…where’s that “protection”? Or it’s ok to sell data as long as it’s Americans selling it?

Side note: I remember Covered California was terrible when it was new, gave me a headache. 2023 through present it’s better (not perfect but better) and that’s why I’m super supportive of it now. It can definitely get expensive, but I like having options and keeping my doctors. ☺️

Maybe it’s not considered single payer? I call it that because I’m single and I’m paying for it completely separate from my employment. If I left my job, I won’t lose it as long as I cover the premiums. I’m in full control of it.

Covered California, you can see all available plans across a variety of companies for the coverage you want that doesn’t require employment. My medical is out of my own pocket not through my employer.

I like the single payer option we have in California now, when my work dropped coverage through my insurance company, I didn’t want to lose my doctors, so I switched to single payer and kept everything.
