Anyone the president says gets a clearance gets one since the existence of security classifications stems from the executive branch. This was also how his family got clearances in the previous administration.

The entire idea of security clearances (other than some really specific nuclear stuff) exists entirely within the executive branch. It's almost all just executive orders.

Literally I can't get past even a day without hearing about the lore of this series in depth from my daughter who is obsessed with it. I'm not especially interested in it, but am extremely happy she is, as I had similar love for various series my parents surely didn't care about at that age.

University is not job training, it's education. The point of it is creating a group of people who have both broad and specific knowledge that may or may not directly lead to a specific job (this is why we should ban college sports but I digress).
