I noticed a massive oversight in Sinclair's character.

See, she's got psychic powers, mainly hypnosis.

But also her main villain plan involves sanitising her best athletes for an army.

I may have completely forgotten you can hypnotise people for a long period of time.
Sinclair, the CEO of MANTA and the main villain of our Splatoon (Tentacle Jousting) story. She has her feet up on the desk (As UseTheBrakes characters do) with a heel dangling on one of her toes, and she is wearing glasses and a dress shirt and tie.
