Six months ago I lost my cat. She had been with me for over 18 years, and had helped me through some of the hardest times of my life. @wolfhidewinter.bsky.social created this beautiful piece for me; a memorial for her. Thank you so very much. This truly means more than you might realize to me.

She's home. It doesn't feel right that 18 years of life and experiences can be rendered down into a tiny box and a couple of trinkets on a bookshelf, but it was the best I could do for her.

Today I lost my girl. She was born in my parents' shed over 18 years ago and was always with me. She helped me through some of the hardest days of my life. Blaze and I are absolutely devastated. I will always miss her.

The first car I had for any length of time was a small early 90s Saturn with a 5 speed manual. It was underpowered, but it was always the most fun car I had ever driven. After almost two decades I've finally been able to buy a new car and it reminds me of every last bit of fun I had in that Saturn.
