Sidenote: this retreat to "biology" is really something else. The assumption here seems to be that everybody wakes up a sack of cells and organs and then proceeds to have their social, political, and economic interactions dictated by what? Their mitochondria?

I read this as creating the need for government rules stipulating when and where one is required to whip out one's 🍆(and small sex cells) to validate sex. I mean gender. I mean...sex?

Folks, I don't know what's weirder here. That sex is defined AT CONCEPTION or that it's defined by the size of one's sex cells.
This is most definitely a gesture towards enshrining fetal personhood in future laws.
