I finally beat #FFTactics! I knew it would be great, but was still surprised at how good the writing has remained, even to this day.
I'm also glad to report that the French localization is stellar, and was worth the 28 years long wait. Almost as sophisticated and arcane as the WotL script at times.

Windows 10 will reach end of support in less than a month. But you don't have to throw away your computer or force an update to that godawful W11. FFXIV runs just fine on Linux (yes, even with mods if you're into that).
I've said fuck off to Microsoft for good a year ago, and I'll never come back.

Not trying to badmouth Hades or anything, but I feel like everyone forgot about @supergiantgames.bsky.social previous game and it's a shame. I'm just a few hours into it, but the writing, art direction, characters and music... It was all already there.

His birth name being ridiculously long for anyone, Roineaulaniel-Désinat Dagrant first became known as Roineau, until a Miqo'te friend found the young Elezen adventurer another nickname that was easier to pronounce with her special teeth, starting from the end. The name Zeenat has stuck ever since.
