"Finished" first puzzle area, made sprites for levers, fixed the jumping so you jump higher if you hold the button compared to if you click it.
Made the first collectible and collectible tracker.

So incredibly hyped, already a tournament planned on the 26th hosted by BikeRush
Probably a new era of content and streaming when it launches, almost all power converted to focus on Tempest Rising come 17th.

Made doors correctly function and take you to a specific room and made it easy to change to what room you go!
Made a sprite and worked on locked doors and levers that open them. Couldn't quite figure it out, but I'm close!

Made a sprite for doors and tried to make them take the player to a specific room but I didn't succeed with that.
Also worked on the map a bit!

Started to get global modifiers, then removed them as I don't need them yet.
Was a good learning experience tho.
Fixed sneak and speed-powerup clash, adjusted jump modifiers and started building the game map.

Worked with global variables and trying to understand them.
They seem easy but I couldn't quite get them to work the way I wanted, so that's something I have to keep working on.

Made a tile-set using #Aseprite and made a "sneak" toggle so the player can slow down their move speed.
I made sneak a variable too so I can apply it later in areas to check if the player is "sneaking" or not..

No programming today, instead writing some notes on what I want in the game and how I want stuff to work.
Also doing some fine tuning on the Game Design Document with a more defined to-do list.

Very short session today, very tired so brain isn't working with me.
Managed to make the camera zoomed in and it now follows the player, and stops when you get to the end of the map.
Some more adjustments could be made.

After more struggle than it should have been, I made the player move with "A" and "D" button presses, as well as enabling gravity and jumping with the "SPACE" button.
I also managed to get collision detection.
Time: 2hrs 40 min
