Need y’all to see this list of grievances my 8yo drafted in her free time about the musical she has to perform in at school. Her dad talked her out of giving it to her teacher. 😮‍💨
A list written on lined notebook paper by a child that reads: Things i don’t time like about the musical: 1. nothing is realistic other than the cats crawling. 2: Cats and dogs can’t be friends without fighting. 3. we are meowing in front of 200+ people that will be so embarassing 4. Cats can’t move ladders without humans to help. 5. Richard is going to scream “meow" and kill my confidence. 6. we are all going to look like Freaking Fuffies. 7. the 'meows" are too long and loud making it unrealistic. 8. Cats can’t dance: the moves are all clinge. 9. it's one of those stupid "different is good” musicals: we’ve had slavery and racism already 10. dogs cant stack up on each other. It doesn’t make sense. 11. The only thing climbing a tree does is make you higher up, not Solve World Peace. Continuation of the list. “Pt 2 of that list 12. We can’t even climb up that tree. It will be impossible. 13. the images either are ai or not theirs. 14. We don’t get to actually look like a cat since we are just wearing cat ears.
