First day back for us teachers in Iowa. Currently, there are still 3000 job openings in the state for academics. 650 of those openings are for teachers. Bang up job Republicans in this state have done in making sure people opt not to work in education in this state.

I was at a Bears event as a kid, and I yelled at Steve McMichael, "Screw the Packers." He came over to me & put his hand on my shoulder & said, "son you shouldn't use that language, it is fuck the Packers."

It is a bitch move to not only allow for 2 of your home games to be taken away for you, but then to be told you are wearing your road jerseys for your supposedly "home" games 🤣

Dems like Schumer ran myself & other campaign advisors away as they felt our style of attacking did not have decorum & would not resonate with the people of Iowa. Keep in mind that we were able to get a state that is basically all white to vote for a black president twice.

If the Cubs wanted a 38 year old past his prime pitcher, they could have just kept Hendricks, at least he is a few years younger.

I did not know this person previously existed, congrats though on making crazy dumb money for what it appears to be 9 1/2 career sacks.

In seriousness, hope Poles walks away today with a new C & some DL depth. WR depth will at some point need to be addressed as well.

I really need to start giving this place more of a shot. Twitter for the most part is dead. Very little interaction with people over there & the stupidity on that site is at an all time high. Just wish more of the sports people would move over here to make that place not needed.

I am not really upset the Cubs didn't get Bregman as I think Shaw is going to be very good, but I am bothered about how the Cubs expect to be competitive if they won't do deferrals or be in play for the biggest free agents. You almost have to be perfect in scouting/drafting...

Wouldn't be surprised if this was Hoyers last year with the Cubs. He looks miserable, and it is pretty evident there is a rift between him & Tom.

I would love to know why Jed has a fascination with bad, small, & light hitting infielders. He has managed so far this off-season to sign 3 of them.
