Hilary Zedlitz of the University of Michigan Center for Political Studies: Religious liberty policies and court rulings have surged in recent years, and pose a particular threat to nonreligious Americans’ freedom from religion. My research aims to uncover how nonreligious Americans perceive these religious policies and how such policies inform their engagement with politics.
