im in a never ending loop of pain + fatigue making the depression worse and depression making the pain + fatigue worse

if i wasn't so incredibly depressed id probably be better at taking care of myself but the depression aggravates the chronic fatigue and also the pain

or ill sleep all day and wonder why i cant sleep at night
