most of it was done in about 2-3 hrs like, a week ago but cleaned it up today

I work out (can't recommend highly enough). before, I had back pain but my knees starting to hurt was the breaking point, like I shouldn't have knee pain at (then) 22 or so. no more back or knee pain now! (plus the appearance is a bonus)
