I have had to receive FBI vetting before. It took a month, and I have nothing remotely hard to fine in my history, and none of it is controversial or illegal. This is insane.

Hi! Curious how much of your time at work is spent doing admin/chart work vs. patient facing, and how much of the former is unnecessary and you feel could be better used doing actual care? I’m curious about context switching in a high-stress patient facing role!
