I think the main stigma with the live action remakes is “most” of them have been notoriously bad, controversial, or have made weird changes that upset people. Many just assume they will be bad by default now, similar to how game adaptations used to be pretty rough. Luckily those have been improving.

I have enough monthly subscriptions to deal with, Twitter isn’t important enough for me to have a forced subscription when I can go somewhere else for free.
I think that will be the general consensus for a lot of people. Optional subs are one thing, making it a requirement is another. No thanks!

It’s still pulling all my subscriptions and payments out just fine as long as it uses the login style payment. Imo the card is useless now though, it’s a glorified rechargeable prepaid card now.

I used the PayPal master card daily, it was my main card for everything. From what I have seen online, Mastercard forced them to do this, they got tired of having to deal with so much fraud on PP. It seems that the old way still works fine if it’s from PayPal’s pay by email login services.
