Climate Change provides them all the ocean heat they can use, but it is assumed there are some limits from other factors and these storms are hitting the said limits.

What Climate Change does is make sure that storms that form are more likely to get strong within that limit.

Not the first person. LBGT+ folks have been seeking refugee for a while already, because like Nazis, they first came for trans.

But he might be the first academic political refugee.
