Yeah, then we'll be ruled by persons only garnering several thousands of votes! Hard pass.

This should have happened awhile ago but we shouldn't elect any candidate who will not vote to oust ALL THE DEM LEADERSHIP!

Oh, he's runnign again; I hope he doesn't get any further than he did last time around.

Predictable.

And as such, both Venezuela and Ukraine are within their rights to catapult Trump and Putin into the ether!

I DO drink my coffee black (who dilutes their caffeine?) but yeah, I think the term War Games pretty much says it all. War represents failure. However, having said that some people (Putin and Trump) won't back off unless they are mortally wounded. Russia-Ukraine isn't a war - it's an invasion.

A) perhaps they're referring to losses in the Midterms (if he loses the House and Senate he'd have no power) and b) he can't run again because it's not legal? When has illegality EVER concerned Repugnicans? Almost everything he's currently doing is illegal!

Just spittballing here but maybe 'these Hispanic Powerhouses' should be taken to task for supporting him and putting all of us in this position.
January 2, 2026 at 9:43 PM
I believe you misspelled worthless. Also I'm not certain the characterization of 'conseevative' has any meaning at this juncture. I figured out the ONLY thing Repugnican Conservatives are conservative about is the number of people (them) that should benefit from the largesse of the government.

Too bad he's still a US one though.

No, there is no law regarding a requirement for a bible but perhaps given the Constitution's separation of church and state, individuals should be required to be sworn in on the Constitution (whether it's the state's or country's).

Still not certain his (Trump's) 'effects' will last as long as Reagan's so I'm still considering him the worst because if he wasn't first I don't believe Bush or Trump would have been in the office. Also, Reagan's election illustrated how many idjits we have in the country. Dumbest? Close, but yes.

If he wanted ot wear a uniform he should have served in a branch of the military.

Exploiting AND increasing public apathy.
January 2, 2026 at 9:08 PM
Exactly - which is pretty much what I said. Now I think Bernie's plan is more expansive but just calling it Medicare for All is a mistake I think.

250% of median income in US -above that bupkiss. This would ensure solvency of both SS and healthcare for the foreseeable future. 2/2
January 2, 2026 at 4:42 AM
The best option would be single payer universal run by the govt. (under SS). Add say 5% to payroll tax and then you get healthcare - period. Also remove the salary cap on SS (though it could be a lower rate for incomes over say $1M). Then put a cap on collecting it - can collect up to 1/2
