OTOH, it may actually be less of a risk for a player of Leo's stature. Isak's position at the height of the game might ironically make the consequences potentially far bigger.
Possibly the next pilot fish for the new framework will be a smaller player with smaller numbers surrounding them.

From what I understand, whilst it might be possible for Trossard to force his way out next summer without the extension, it would be hideously messy and uncertain, even despite the Diarra ruling.
It's not certain Isak will be able to do it, so, I'm not sure it was really on the table for Leo.

This race is good for him. It demonstrates for him the visatudes most racers just have to live with, teaches him the bitter frustration of striving against someone simply better than you.
Unfortunately for us this will probably motivate him to wreck the rest of the season.

The two clear best players of the last generation played absurd minutes when they were young and famously were both playing elite football well into their 30s.
Giggs played more minutes in a more violent league. I know 3 players isn't statistically significant but still! Everyone chill out.

Carra baffles me to be honest. The gap between when he has his thinking cap on and is presenting analysis of the game he's taken seriously and the absolute waffle he spits out in banter mode is bizzare.

The 0 reds for City is statistically improbable, but one would need to review the calls and who has time.
The moonlighting in the UAE is a terrible look to go with it.
