I'm Zena or Z (all pronouns), a queer, disabled, ND writer, wife, and cat mom. My WIP is about a nonbinary shapeshifter and their adoptive werewolf family. I'm hoping to add 30k to my novel, but I'm counting other docs towards the #NovNov goal

Wizards definitely do have pride celebrations but werewolves in particular go hard on theirs. There are various festivals throughout the year, but June through August is considered pride season with events nearly every weekend. Werewolves, in general, frickin love parties.

#QueerPrompts day 10: my WIP is set in 1968-69 so rights are slightly more restricted, but wizard society is much more progressive than ours ever has been so while there is a pretty big enforcer presence, it's less right *restriction* and more the fact that bullies and assholes exist 🤷
