oh yeah converse are good they're definitely worn by both genders and can be masc or femme or neither depending on how you dress the rest of the outfit I think (I'm terrible at fashion tho)

pink converse goes hard too tbh, pink is good on mascs imo and is also excellent stealth wear because of this

for fall its challenging, for summer you could try wearing oversized shirts over some athletic shorts? I know guys who wear short athletic shorts to show off their legs, and you could just add an oversized shirt to that, oversized anime shirt+shorts is smth I'm gonna do next yearlol

might also be worth looking into tomboyish attire? or looking at how enbies dress? just tossing out ideas rather than suggestions, I don't dress very femme at all
