Get home and check the box out, it’s a thousand times worse than the one I sent back, have absolute zero confidence that this one will work either. Thanks UPS for not having any respect for a box with fragile all over it. If you weren’t an asshole yesterday you wouldn’t have to carry it twice.

37 minutes after I leave UPS shows up, thankfully my mom came over and waited for it knowing I had to leave. Now hopefully this one works when I unpack it.

Well at least FedEx did a solid and got the broken Glowforge out on my house just waiting on UPS, got ten minutes before I have to bounce for an hour.
