wait both perspectives are really interesting!! it kills that character's motivation already knowing their own future and no matter what the outcome is, i can very much see it work negatively in both good and bad points in their future. also dw my whole thread was just spitball stuff LOL

i guess to present the ability as a curse it would already have to be an inconvenience to the user and others in the beginning? idk for something like precognition i can see the benefits if they include desired outcomes so despair is the only way to outweigh that thennnn

it as a curse? but it might not be really considered that because it could be considered the fault of other people for having high expectations? instead of other's perspectives, it could be the user's hopelessness about not being able to actually help everyone.

well now that i think about it . maybe it depends on how the character environment and world restrictions. how would a character be "cursed" with precognition?
