I wish you lots of love and success in breaking free. Its a struggle, but worth the work when you get out of the pit. Remember to self care when YOU need to, not when others feel you should. Bonus Tip: play Roots Reggae from the 70s, and dance like a fool. Swing them arms. It soothes the soul.

This gif is spot on! Stay strong, and keep taking them. The one thing everyone does is stop if they feel it isn't working. Also keep in mind that it may take several med changes until they dial in what works best. Look into Saffron and Magnesium Glyconate as things to supplement the medication.
