My school had a teacher who had been a finalist to be on The Challenger. We even changed our school's branding/mascot to "The Challengers." We had tvs on carts and watched as the ship broke up. I will never forget my teachers crying and hugging each other in the hall. Idk why this is an argument.

My mom and I couldn't find a post about a protest happening in Scranton, PA today, but we went to Courthouse Square anyway. As we say in NEPA, so did a'couple-two-t'ree hundred others. Made my sign watching @maddow.msnbc.com last night.

Definitely want to get a flyering campaign going before the next one. Get the word out in neighborhoods and maybe have the chance to talk to the community about why we all need to show up.

Scranton, PA - Despite the protest listing disappearing from Mobilize and other sites, several hundred gathered and with our signs and drums and dogs to hold the Courthouse Square this afternoon. (Didn't bring my phone to the protest, just in case. 😉) Made new friends too!!
