Yea, I love to use FoF whenever I want to use a high CR monster for my low level players. So I just recreate the monster with fitting stats. My players just loved it and where happy with the encounter difficulty too.

I just started doing this. So as of now there isn't that much to share. That being said I could imagine making a module out of it. I am not sure I am allowed to publish said module since I don't know the licence for Forge of Foes.
