Try using something like Arnicare gel, and possibly having the electrolygist lower the levels if needed. Feel free to send us a photo of how you look afterwards if you need a pair of professional eyes on it. Bruises shouldn't take that long to be gone from a session.

Make sure you use a combination of a numbing cream and lidocaine cream - anything that's local to where you reside an hour before your session. Afterwards, definitely use something like an ice roller. The overall experience will be much better if you do!!
