For me the best thing about SD is the emphasis on the eyes. They lose a lot of personality without that.

Man, my RG2.0's shoulders cracked at the thinnest part of the hinge after a month, while the HGUC 21 I got in 2002 and the Revive from 2015 are still in good shape.

That's like me having the "Eyes always shut trope". I've been told by strangers that I look condescending, up to something, or that my eyes do open wide when I'm pissed.

Izubuchi's Ingram also gets lankier with each adaptation. Lukewarm on the Ingram Plus for the new EZY anime though.
