Creed is a white tiefling, Cleric of orun and has a tail, Xarvir named after Xarv is a grey tiefling like Panic, bard, older sibling, has a second mouth over his heart

He said in the epilouge that Panic had 2 sons, Creed and Xarvir

I think both of Panics kids are boys

Just based on how it is, I'm pretty sure the tieflng is supposed to be Scarlet, as the entire description fit her. We may not have full confirmation, but just based on the descriptions it seemed to fit Thomas, Scarlet, College, Skulk.

I know that feeling, planning a Digimon rpg game for friends outside of the servers seen in universe so far, my own host, royal knight esc group, ect so I completely get how chaotic planning a story can be lol

I'll keep my eye out for an adoptable or when come open then, I'm sorry if I upset you at all I just really do love that design but I more then understand keeping it just for your lore.
