It's heartbreaking when you realize that you need to let go when the friend that you are fell in love with doesn't feel the same and despite then you realize that you've been loving them too hard. It's not fair to them and yourself and may drive them away.

I'm gonna be 55 in March, and it's already making me feel really really low. Honestly, this has never happened to me in the past. I feel like the same pieces are missing from my life and I will never find them. I wish someone would tell me it's all going to be ok.
