the hypocrisy some exols are exhibiting w yx being back but cbx being out is so funny to me. anyways im happy i moved on from that fandom mess (into more fandom mess but shhhhh)

the strength of the jpn adaptation is the drama & tension, which is a vast improvement over the manhwa when i read it years ago. some people will not like that and it’s fine! but i think the jpn adaptation was able to follow through on the story’s actual strengths & premise compared to the krn

wataru is more moody, stoic, and even more red-flaggy than jihyuk at times. but he felt much more realized & consequential as a character. and in a shorter runtime, you cannot do some nonsense like an evil ex or whatever.
