Here's my latest work, I'm from Brunei. Mostly I'm off radar whenever I post my work for the past 5 years on IG. Hope I can get more audience to see my work that Ive done with just a mouse.

I can't do any dumbbell workouts like chest press or bench press for the time being, but the alternative workout like using the cable machine is fine, the pain didn't trigger whenever I did that.
