Last week in #zandronum: drastic increase to the player class limit, fixed actor angles when resetting maps, and fixed the 'centerview' console command sometimes breaking with client prediction

Here's a quick summary of the features in #zandronum 3.3 so far...

- FOV is finally a CVar and can be limited by the server
- Weapon sprites are fully interpolated and bobbing can be customised even further
- MAPINFO can be used to limit the game modes a map can be played on
