RFK Jr is saying that "autism is destroying our kids." Autism didn't destroy me, but ableism almost did, and eugenics/the mainstreaming of disinformation certainly threaten to.

Referring to the Palestinian genocide as a Holocaust does not "weaponize The Holocaust". The Holocaust is not an isolated event in history. It is, by definition, destruction or slaughter on a mass scale. Refusing to acknowledge this as a Holocaust is nothing short of denial.
