From January 15 to January 25, the ninth elections to the Chamber of Deputies of Zalia were held, according to the results of which three of four candidates were elected to it. The turnout was 11.9% of the total number of citizens, which is 3.57% higher than the turnout of the previous elections.

The Zalian Glossary has been introduced, containing a list of definitions and principles for their application and marking in other legislation.

The development of the new version of the official online system is delayed due to the integration of new functions and the reworking of the interaction mechanism, a global reorganization of its architecture and a developer's lack of time. The completion date is unknown, but it's expected this year.

The first regular census of the Zalian Empire was conducted, with 8 citizens filling out the form (9.41% of the official number).
Based on state-initiated activity, the real (active) number of citizens of the Zalian Empire is considered 10 people (11.76% of the official number).

Decree 2-1K9-8-1 unified the punctuation of the Criminal and Civil Codes and removed the accounting of time between recidive.
Decree 2-1K9-8-2 added Article №16 "On the deliberate disruption of the stability and functionality of the official online system" to the Criminal Code.
