WITHHOLD ALL FEDERAL FUNDS from the federal government. No income tax withholdings, change your deductions, stash your money away, pay it later when we have a functioning democracy. The IRS will not have the bandwidth to deal w/mass defiance.

So Homan deports millions of undocumented migrants who do the US's construction, agriculture, food prep, and domestic work, to name a few areas. Then Musk and his ilk replace those jobs with AI and robots. Deportation and outsourcing go hand in claw.
