Ok can you explain how that works? like am i seeing the color layer through the overlay?
im so sorry, this is a lot to ask, but its something ive been trying to figure out because lines like this look so good and i struggle with anything besides black lineart

it was mostly how you get your lines like that?? the fading and color of the lines itself, is really pretty?? is it a layer in one color set as a darken overlay, or do you manually color lines? is it a mask and then you fade the color on a different layer?
