Been on a massive Knizia kick lately. SILOS, ORBIT, Mille Fiori Iliad, Ichor - love them all. Making my way through a Frosthaven campaign. And had a fantastic two-session "campaign" of Fall of Magic. I've fallen for GMless RPGs, though they're more demanding than even the heaviest board games IMO.

Finally managed to wake myself up at 5:30AM to go birding. Quite pleased with what I was able to capture in just one morning @ county grounds park in Wauwatosa! First up: Ducks!

#Boardgames were a necessary and wonderful solace in January. Somehow managed to be one of - if not the - most played months I've ever had. Note to self: don't do the 14-point variant of TI4 (w/ expansion) no matter what the internet tells you. (No regrets about a 12 hour day with close friends.)
