That’s nonsense. Overuse of water and climate change are the reasons Glen Canyon is recovering! There is no policy designed to support beaver populations. Obviously if water managers could refill Lake Powell they would, but there’s not enough water

it’s funny to me that the voice used to bring “balance” to the piece is from the enviro group American Rivers, who says Glen Canyon will be sacrificed again in the name of hydropower and water management
