Last of the ones done so far are the Tséyi Folklings from Luan Apach. A desolate surface hides a flourishing hydrosphere in the extensive network of river canyons. This has allowed settlements to form along the canyon walls with running water below. Serpents that hide underwater hunt them endlessly.

These are the Brevegenio Gnomes of Orologeria. Their ancestors were not on top of the food-chain which led to the development of wit, intellect, and tool use to survive. As they developed into their modern form, these traits stayed with them and made them paragon inventors and tinkerers. Clockwork!

The Slaadeshi Chuckwallas from Cusino Carino! Evolutionary focus on their size as a status symbol meant they had plenty of time to experiment and focus on food. Wandering chefs, adventuring to find and discover new ingredients, are heroes on their world. Every dish has an epic tale behind it.

The Belfry Goblins from Haggleshaw are next. One day they awoke, their world having been inhabited by beings now gone. They believe they were originally statues left behind by whomever built up the world. Divided into different gangclaves, they try to raise themselves above the ruins of the past.

Next are the Karayib Elves from Calinago. Their world flooded because of astronomical events and is now a tropical paradise with islands abound. The myths they believe might have some truth as underwater expeditions uncover uncomfortable facts. They don't rely on sails, their boats are eel-drawn!

Next are the Andazhu Dwarves from Gizrahauitha, a world riddled with the skeletal remains of massive kaiju-like creatures. They developed a unique form of magic that forced spirits into objects to achieve the desired effect. No gunpowder required; the gun instead forcibly spits the bullet out!

Next are the Heartwood Treefolk of Verdavent. A latent psionic capability made them aggressive towards their own kind, as the misunderstanding behind that caused them pain. After their civilization fell, the survivors ushered in a new era that emphasized meditation and non-violence.

Next we have the Zuìgāo Elves from Gōngjiā. A synapsid species with both mammalian and reptilian traits, their ancestors split into two distinct species. The Zuìgāo are now the masters of the others, the Zuìxiǎo. Cultural beliefs of constant self-improvement give them a smug sense of superiority.

First up, we have the Bone Skinks from the plane of Sgèileàite. Their world was originally warm and lush, but its previous masters, the Seannathair, botched a ritual to make the world warmer and made it colder instead. Safe to say, the survivors despise the Bone Skinks completely and utterly.

Going to share some art my good friend Fabio has done for my Trigate setting that I run tabletop games in. As always... thanks Fabio!

Trigate is a science-fantasy universe, elevator pitch: "Imagine fantasy Stargate".
