Cis- or not, were they part of a “well regulated Militia,” which is “necessary to the security of” their “free State”? Probably not, otherwise they’d all be active members of the national guard.
Therefore, per the 2nd amendment, none of them had the right to keep and bear arms.

Is it easier to obtain adherence to unions, which then have to negotiate individual contracts with corporations to claw back some fairness and a few rights, or to pass laws that strive to guarantee free markets and appropriate taxation? I’d support both. Just asking.

Bc investors/owners rotate so frequently that people in C-suite/ VP roles need golden parachutes. These roles get fired for a bad month, or week, of sales bc investors have no long term interest in the company.

Please understand that I do not condone this, I simply realize the nature of the beast.
