Nice setup! I used Manjaro a number of years ago, and for reasons, I feel your issues might be the same I dealt with. Genuinely, the Manjaro team repeats issues time after time and ignores the problems they create. Not good stuff, imo.

Personally, easyeffects takes my audio from these offbrand headphones and does... I don't know what to call it other than magic. No EQ, purely the effects suite and it helps SO much!
It's so good in fact that I genuinely cannot use any other OS in regards to listening to new album releases. <3

I love KDE and daily drive it, but love GNOME workspaces so much that I got a kwin script that allows for dynamic workspaces, just like GNOME! It's great stuff and I can swap between them with scrolling my mouse wheel on plain desktop as well.
