The formula:
c * 3 * d = z
c = corpses delivered daily
d = days per month
z = zombies fed per month
100 * 3 * 30 = 9,000
If your months are less than 30 days, then it will be 300 less zombies fed per day. (29 days is 8700, 28 days is 8400, etc.) Likewise, each extra day is 300 more zombies fed.

Each day, 100 corpses are given, so each day, 300 zombies can be fed. If there are 30 days in each month and there is never a missed shipment of fresh corpses, then you could stably have 9,000 zombies in the city. However, accounting for missed shipments/meals, the population may be a bit lower
