Background / Thoughts In the 3rd photo where I'm staring out in the sunset toward the surreal violet ocean, I wished to express the deep, hollow sadness felt when experiencing life without a loved one. Without love—witnessing the beauty of this world & its grandeur becomes truly lonesome. The magnificence of this moment, the stunning view, only further intensifies the heartache. Text from my post: My drow Vorenthal, with "Xeinos" the Ancient One (Photos 2 of 2 of my dark elf) I really love this mount! During Fantasy Faire, Second Life feels like playing a high fantasy MMORPG and riding "Xeinos" around makes it even more immersive :D -- Background / Thoughts I've connected fun memories of "The Ancient One" to Lachrymose Moon while we were exploring one of Fantasy Faire's regions, "The Wraithwoods". There was an enormous version of Xeinos sitting in front of the large Ancient Tree. She called him cute in local chat—he immediately got up, trotted away & shyly turned his head (I imagined to hide his blush) !! The timing was perfect & filled with laughter, so I just had to obtain an "Ancient One" of my own to remind me of this; one of the many adorable, fun & wonderful moments during this year's Fantasy Faire with my dearest friend, Lacry <3 -- (These photos were taken at "Lost Unicorn" because here I had more freedom with the lighting to capture details. If I have time, hopefully before FF 2025 ends, I might take extra photos at "The Wraithwoods" because I love that spot with "The Ancient One" so much!)
