My first political memory was the night of his election. I was rooting for him, and he won, and in my young 7 year-old mind that made me invested. I’ve proudly watched him since. Jimmy Carter was one of the best men ever elected and our country was made truly better by him. RIP President Carter.

She’s my profile picture because, well, look at her! That’s our rescue, Annie Mae. She is cross eyed, snaggletooth, and both her front and hind legs are bowlegged, and she is the most beautiful princess like creature you’d ever wanna meet. And we love her!
