Yes! There are two ways to get major event updates:

a/ Join our Event Announcements channel on Signal:

b/ sign up for event digests over email (under development)

We agree. The @movementservices.org team will regularly ⭐️ star and elevate important movement-wide events that build power across our state. Be sure to check the Movement Calendar regularly for ⭐️ starred events.

I firmly believe WFP's strategy to unite unions, community orgs, and members remains our best shot at moving beyond the two-party system. I'm in that fight for the long haul, and I'm excited to see where RIWFP goes next. ✴️

I'm staying on through the legislative session and likely into September or more to ensure a smooth transition/onboarding. My wife and I have no plans to leave RI, and I'm excited to continue as a WFP member alongside this amazing community.

After working on elections almost every year since I was 17… (I'm 34 now!), I'm ready to pause and explore new ways to contribute to the movement. That could be with WFP nationally, a new local role, etc. My options are open, but my commitment to WFP remains strong.
